Windows 7 Annoyance #1: Automatic Window Maximizing/Docking
So I'm running the evaluation version of Windows 7. The most annoying thing to me so far is the auto maximize/auto size "feature" that happens when you drag a window to the top or side of the screen.
Really, who wants to have notepad maximized at 1680x1050 wide screen resolution?
Anyway, after a few minutes of googling, I found the solution:

Isn't that simply intuitive?
Now, on to the next annoyance: how Windows 7 organizes (or, rather, doesn't organize) the quicklaunch bar in relation to current running applications.
